The maxim of our offiice is a variation on Sullivan’s famous words, Form Follows Function:

“Form and Function follow each other towards a design that is ideal to a client's needs”. In this way we are able to guarantee the his return on investment at the lowest possible risk and opportunity cost.

Although we are primarily Designers & Architects, we integrate the economic, social, cultural and psychological interests of our clients and users into our designs. After determining a suitable atmosphere as well as an economically correct and meaningful function, we create our design and carry it through consistently. In this way, we develop widely varying concepts, which, however, retain constant and uniform features. We do not develop “dream designs” which are later watered down; we begin our plan with a creative rationale and end up actualizing it.

This planning includes real time costing that begins with the first line drawn. As the development of concept progresses, we check the costs periodically and determine the deadlines which form our framework. Due to our extensive experience- in particular to the designing & building of corporate offices & residential projects- we are able to offer good, functional designs geared to the target group as well as efficient planning and implementation.

Xaman Architectural Designs & Interior office is completing its second decade of professional practice, but the team running the show has been in the business, and been in they have, thick and deep. We have currently a staff of 15 full time employees, comprising of Business Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, Urban Designers, Engineers, Site Supervisors and Management staff. At this point in time, our work concentrates nationally but we have also intervened successfully at international levels such as the UAE.
