"WAPDA" City Faisalabad is a project of "WAPDA" Employee's Corporative Housing Society. The plots were allotted to the employees on the basis of no profit no loss. Plots first allotted to WAPDA employees, however he/she has rights to sell in the open market & resale is also allowed. NESPAK has designed this project of 800 acer & 7000 houses. 47% of the total area has been left open space for Roads, Parks, and public building.
