Shinka Welfare Association Shinkawal is led by a group of passionate and focused individuals committed to fighting helplessness of people of Shinka in Shinka and Abroad.

We are trying to established a team out of the people of Shinka to come forwards and deliver the highest standards of service to all our villagers in Shinka and Abroad.
