Islamic Commerce Educational Society (ICES) took a timely cognizance of this need and decided to establish its campus at Faisalabad in 1988. The institution has been functioning smoothly ever since. Punjab Colleges not only achieved excellence right from the beginning but also maintained it to date. Recognizing the importance of other disciplines like Science, IT, Management and Administration, Punjab Group of Colleges opened Punjab College for Women, Punjab College of Science and Punjab College of Information Technology. General Trophy for Sports was won 12th time successively and General Trophy for Literary Competitions was won the 10th time successively.

In girls, Kinza Batool 1st in Pre Engineering, Iqra Rasheed 2nd in Pre engineering, Noor Ul Ain Fatima 1st in Pre-Medical, Aneeqa Ali 2nd in Pre Medical, Hania Anjum 2nd in Pre-Medical, Maham Shafiq 3rd in Pre-Medical, Sundas Farooq 1st in General Science, Fajar Javrd 1st in Arts,Sania Javed 2nd in Arts, Anam Ahmad 1st in Commerce, Hira Tayyab 2nd in commerce, Hamna Boota 3rd in Commerce and Sadia Nawaz 2nd in BSc (University of the Punjab) have maintained the high image of Punjab College this year.
