We follow Total Quality Management in our administrative affairs, which enables us to trouble shoot problems within a limited time frame. Parents have the liberty to approach the office and take appointments to meet the relevant teachers whenever required. Admissions are entirely on merit and involve a proper scrutiny process.

Registration

Parents seeking admission should first register the child for an assessment by completing the admission form at the school office and taking an appointment for the test and interview.
Registration does not in any way confirm or guarantee admission. Admission is subject to getting through an assessment/ interview and availability of the seat.
At the Time of Admission
Parents will be informed about the admission of the child on the date given to them.
Parents will be required to submit the following documents at the time of admission:
4 passport size photographs of the child
Copy of birth certificate from NADRA
Copy of NIC of both the parents
The Admission fee will be deposited in the designated bank. Voucher shall be collected from the school's admission office.
Relevant documents and details regarding the syllabus, uniform and ID card will be provided to the parents.
Rules and regulations

School timings :
(Monday till Thursday) 08:30 am - 12:30 pm
(Friday) 08:30 am - 12:00 noon
Late comers after 08:45 will not be allowed to attend the class and will be sent back home.
Fee challan will be issued in advance with sufficient time for payment. Monthly fee will be paid at the bank. Incase of misplacing the fee challan, Rs.200/- will be charged for issuance of a new fee challan.
Incase of non payment of fee for four months the admission of the child will be cancelled.
I.D cards will be issued to students at the time of admission. Parents / Guardians / Drivers will be required to show the I.D card when picking up students at the time of dispersal.
Students will not be handed over to any stranger without I.D card, verification. Incase of misplacing the I.D card, Rs.100/- will be charged for issuance of a new one.
Parents are not allowed in class rooms.
Parents have to check the daily diary of their child on regular basis and follow the instructions given by the teachers.
Be careful about the personal hygiene of your child. He/she must be tidy daily from head to feet (hair, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, nails, feet)
Parents have to inform any health problem with the child in advance.
Girl’s hair must be tied properly. Boys should have the army cut.
Parents are required to submit an application if the child needs to take leave.
Mothers will have to keep their child’s hair clean from nits and lice regularly other wise the child will not be allowed to sit in the class.
Parents will not be allowed to talk to any teacher at the dispersal time.
Parents are required to take an appointment from the office in order to discuss their child’s progress.
Reinforcement of the class work is necessary at home.
Both the parents will be required to attend the parent teacher meeting.
Parents are requested to allow their children to attend the field trips as they are for educational purpose and under the supervision of the school’s management.

Parent’s Role

To be sensitive to the needs of the child.
To see the child as having infinite possibilities to learn.
To allow the home environment be learning environment.
To limit negative and excessive stimuli in a child’s life (such as television and video games)
To provide a healthy nutritious diet limiting empty “sugar” calories.
Please follow the healthy food plan issued by the school.
To be involved with and assist the classroom teacher when and wherever possible.
To nurture and encourage your child to be best person he/she can be.
Child is expected to remain neat and clean everyday. Mothers are required to wash the uniform, undergarments and socks. Shoes should be polished daily.
Parents are requested to speak with the child in English at home, as much as possible.
It is the duty of the parents to cooperate with the teachers and make their child complete their homework on time.
