Previously know as, POF Model High School. As of May 2017 the school name has been changed to Sir Syed School & College- Campus IV.

Our Principal, Mam. Tasneem Raza, has excellently managed the whole School with her sincerity & wholeheartedness. This page Is a tribute to her travail & hard work. A warm welcome to all those modelians who were once a part, still a part or will be a part of this Institute.

Now, as Madam Tasneem Raza has retired after completing the tenure of 22 years. Ma'am Munazza Khush Bakht has taken charge of Model as new principal.
