PIEAS Biomedical Informatics Research Laboratory

The Biomedical Informatics lab at Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Islamabad, Pakistan focuses on the development of computing solutions to problems in Biology and Medicine. In particular, we focus on applications of machine learning, data analytics and mining in Bioinformatics, medical image and signal analysis in automated diagnosis systems.
