We are providing free consultancy services to our customers. Customers are the main focus of everything we do. The core values of the Company encourage employees to pursue high standards of business ethics and safety. We thoroughly inspect each vehicle and select only the best to maintain a high quality.
The owner of the New Frontier Motor will himself manage overall operations and the sales manager will manage all buying and selling of inventory. The owner will keep an eye on the employees if any employee committing any fraud.
The company main product offerings are Toyota, Honda Suzuki and other luxurious cars and bikes as on the demand of the customers.
Sale compensation is base on a percent of profit. We will invest adequate time and resources to build good customer relation. Salesmen will be paid a portion of their salaries based on commission.
The salesmen who perform efficiently is rewarded with increase commission and bonuses .however, the integrity will not be sacrificed for sale. All cash flow over 50 percent will be reinvested in to the company. We will reserve up to 5 percent for bonuses and training and 10 percent will be invested in long term asset.
The cost is mostly financed through a combination of owner’s investment, short term and long term loans. We are strictly following the rule of tax payment under the act of income tax in Pakistan.
