1. To train and nurture leadership, civic-sense and abilities in the youth.
2. To develop character and moral values in youth.
3. To provide a proper direction and a plat-form to choose a better profession.
4. To develop tolerance and self- dependence in youth.
5. Career counselling of youth.
6. To inculcate democratic, bureaucratic and educational abilities in youth.
7. To interact the youth with experienced personalities such as doctors, politicians, bureaucrats, celebrities & social workers.
8. Conduct seminars, workshops and discussion forums with experienced personalities of different field of life.
9. Hunt for youth talent and provide opportunities for skillful youth to nurture and promote their talent.
