Main Objectives
i. To establish a Govt. Technical Training Institute at Fatehpur District Layyah for providing skills in different trades for G-II level to the male youth in the District Layyah in particular and Pakistan in general.
ii. To train 180 trainees per year in the fields of Electrician, Plumber & Fitter, Ref. & Air Conditioning, Auto Mechanic and 6-months courses of Computer Applications & Electronics.
iii. To boost up productive efficiency of industry and Business establishment and hence to increase GDP in Social and Economic development of the people of Layyah District.
iv. To divert prospective seekers of higher Education from the purposeless general Education to meaningful Technical Education.

Annual Intake Capacity of Trainees = 180 Nos
Annual pass outs =180 Nos.
Total Training capacity =480 Nos.
Land:
The state land measuring 40 kanals has since been transferred /allotted in name of TEVTA for the establishment of proposed institute.
