Our good reputation (nationally and internationally) is the result of the efforts put in by Capt Dr Zafar Iqbal and Mrs. Shahnaz Zafar.

All the milling processes (paddy drying, husking) takes place under the supervision of qualified and experienced staff.

In 2003, a fully automatic parboiled plant and the best of its kind was installed at Zafar Idris Rice & processing mills.
Rice produced at this plant is hygienically pure and has extra long grain. This plant produces 40,000 tons of rice annually.

Our management acknowledges the importance of latest technology and keeps up with it to produce a hygienic and good quality product.The processing plant installed at Zafar Idrees Idris Rice & Processing mills Okara was supplied by world renowned Buhler Gmbh (German and Swiss) and consists of modern and sophisticated machines. These machines offer the best performance in the world and have annual capacity of 80,000 tons (10 Tons/hr).

Buhler Gmbh is a well known name on food processing industry for their automation plants. High level of automation and well thought plant layout ensures no human contact to the rice from husking to packaging, which results in accurate grading, avoids breaking and the final product has excellent finish with no hairline cracks.

As a result of all the hard work that we put in, our products have been authenticated for quality and exquisite taste by the nationals of many countries.
