Mission
To protect working cart horses, donkeys and mules from abuse, rehabilitate them, contribute to the social uplift and educate the carting community with equine behaviour.

Vision
A regulated equine and carting industry in Pakistan, with all working cart horses, donkeys and mules fit, healthy and comfortable in their work.

Aim
To provide clinic, patrol and call out response, veterinary, and rehabilitation services to all working cart horses, donkeys and mules living in urban and rural areas. Provide support, education and training to cart horse owners and drivers who use equine animals as a means of generating income for themselves and their families.
