Please make sure to read and go through all the rules and regulations before signing up. Your team will only be confirmed when both the payment and the form has been received.

RULES:
• No one is allowed to play in sandals or bare feet.
• Referee's decision will be final.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the venue.
• Teams must respect each other, and refrain from using abusive language.
• Walkover will be given against any team that is 10 minutes late from the match time. Teams are requested to be present at the venue 15 minutes prior to the start of the match.
• A team can have a maximum of 7 players.
• If any player is found playing for more than one teams both teams will be disqualified.
• Failure to comply with above rules will lead to disqualification
