Group of enlightened like minded people belonging to various sectors like education, health, infrastructure engineering and legal advocates joined hands for a noble cause to improving the livelihood of the poor and vulnerable people. Organization for Peace and Human Rights Development (OPHD) is working to create awareness for promoting peace and development in Baluchistan. OPHD vision is to promote a culture of peace, harmony, social justice and development. The organization is struggling to provide a peaceful environment to all human beings where they can utilize their potentials for Sustainable Development.
Organization for Peace & Human rights development Balochistan is a non-political, non- governmental organization for Peace and Human Rights. OPHD was formally founded and became operational in since the 1st of September, 2011 and has had protocols of cooperation with the authorities that ensure the smooth implementation of program activities. Organization for Peace & Human rights development Balochistan is a Community Based Organization (CBO) working for the betterment of the masses in Balochistan without any prejudices in favor of or against an individual or a specific group. OPHD is an organization that transcends race, color, religious or ethnic affiliation. OPHD is very much committed in bringing a complete revolution in the lives of the marginalized masses and endeavors to bring their standard of living at par with the developed world.
