Lahore Knowledge Park

The Lahore Knowledge Park is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) mega project - a state-of-the-art development that embodies the vision of the provincial Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif, to make Punjab and by extension Pakistan, Asia’s premier destination for the Global Knowledge Economy. Modeled on the lines of Stanford Research Park, USA, the Lahore Knowledge Park is a Technopolis that aims to create a ‘synergized world of Education, Innovation and enterprise’.

The Lahore Knowledge Park is a holistic lifestyles smart city. It will host universities, schools, research institutes, innovation hubs, entrepreneurship centers, world class convention facilities, a mixed use area with hotels, restaurants, cafes, sports & residential areas, recreation facilities and other lifestyle amenities, a central park and a complete business services zone. In short a smart city that will facilitate close collaboration between academia, R&D and businesses to engage in shared research, co-create and make innovation the key driver of the economy.
