I would like to welcome you to the Government College University (GCU) Lahore web pages. These pages have been designed to acquaint visitors with the intellectual and physical vistas of our University. All the information about the University and its programmes is readily available at this site. Whether you want to inquire about the faculty members or their pedagogical and research activities or any other information, these web pages offer you adequate information.

GCU Lahore has an excellent reputation and a strong professional orientation with a focus on academic excellence and graduate employability. However; since my arrival in July 2011, we have been considering what GCU should be like in the future, to ensure that we are continuously strengthening this reputation. As a result, many exciting changes are now in train.

We are in the process of developing these web pages into interactive programmes, which would offer greater scope for multi-pronged communication. It is indeed an effort to share the corpus of valuable knowledge being generated at different centers of academic excellence in GCU.
