Blue Pine forest is located at 11 Km from Murree on Nathia Gali road near Khaira Gali. It is one of the most preffered mountainous area of Pakistan. It has an altitude of 7700ft. We are offering mountain Cottages and Huts with ownership of land and structure. It is a gated community with private winding and well lit road leading to drive way of each cottage and hut. It is spread over a mountain, densely covered with Blue pine trees. It has unstructured view of beautiful mountain range of Kashmir.

Phase-I consists of 4 cottages and 2 huts.(construction in progress)
Possession date will be within 12 months from the date of booking.

Phase-II booking has started.
Possession in 18 months.
